Knowing that Chitra (Kajal) is the daughter of Mumbai police commissioner Ajay Bharadwaj (Nazar), Surya pretends to be in love with her, so that friendship with her could be takenĪdvantage of in knowing the cops` movements. Arriving in Mumbai, his set objective is to graduate from a street goonda to aĭreaded goon who can shake Delhi politics.
